CAREERS AT LORD PASTORAL

Work with Livestock. Work with Purpose.

At Lord Pastoral, we’re more than a cattle business - we’re a family-run operation built on care, integrity, and pride in what we do. With stations across Queensland, our team works together to raise healthy livestock in a way that respects the land, the animals, and each other.

We're always looking for good people to join our crew - people who value ethical cattle handling, low-stress stock work, and rural life lived with purpose.

WHAT WE'RE ABOUT

We’re about:
  • Low-Stress Stock Handling - Calm cattle and confident, thoughtful handling are core to everything we do.
  • Regenerative Practices - We're trialling and adopting approaches to land care that are tailored to our environment.
  • Team Culture - We believe in a respectful, no-egos workplace where hard work and good character are valued.
  • Learning & Growth - Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, we support ongoing learning and skill development.
